The proposed model would classify a workload, apply buyer policy, qualify eligible supply and select capacity for execution. Participation, contracts and settlement are being developed through the beta.
Current status
Public-source research and advisory enquiries are available. Market participation is beta testing by request. The execution, capacity-contract and clearing / settlement model described here is being developed; it is not an open trading venue or a promise of capacity delivery.
