Enquiry privacy notice
How information from these website forms is collected, stored and used to respond to your enquiry.
1. Who handles your enquiry
The AUKUS.SI team, part of Tailor Group, handles enquiries made through aukus.si (formerly www.sovrgn.ai). You can contact the team using the privacy request form linked above.
This notice covers website enquiries, advisory enquiries, buyer and supplier beta access requests, expressions of interest and messages sent through the careers forms. It describes the current enquiry process. It does not cover the processing of inference prompts, API accounts, billing or a future trading service; those arrangements require separate information and agreed terms before onboarding.
2. Information collected
We collect the email address you supply and the type of enquiry. Buyer and supplier requests also record your selected jurisdiction. Organisation and the short message are optional. Careers messages may include the role and any organisation or note you enter. Do not send credentials, sensitive personal records or confidential project files through these forms.
The enquiry endpoint records the submission time and a limited browser user-agent string. It uses the request IP address for temporary abuse rate limiting; the endpoint does not write the IP address into the enquiry record. Azure hosting and security services may also process operational request metadata.
Providing information is voluntary. An email address is needed for us to respond, and buyer or supplier forms need a jurisdiction to identify your requested beta market. You can browse the research without submitting an enquiry.
3. Purpose and contact preferences
We use your enquiry to assess and respond to your request, discuss a research scope or beta participation, and protect the forms against abuse. A form acknowledgement asks us to contact you about that enquiry; it does not create an account, a capacity order or acceptance of draft market terms.
You may ask us to stop contacting you about an enquiry. The enquiry endpoint does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter or send your message to the Gemini research conversations.
4. Storage, access and sharing
Submissions are stored in Microsoft Azure Table Storage in the East Asia region (Hong Kong) and handled through an Azure-hosted function. Microsoft provides the hosting and storage services. The enquiry is for the AUKUS.SI team to review and respond to; it is not published in the evidence register or passed to a compute supplier by the form endpoint.
The form endpoint does not sell enquiry records, distribute them to advertising services or send them to language-model providers. Any separately agreed service or introduction may involve different information handling, which must be explained before you provide that information. Disclosure may also be required by applicable law.
The jurisdiction you select describes your interest; it does not pin the enquiry's hosting or processing location. This notice does not promise that website enquiry data remains in the selected country. Discuss any residency requirements with us before sharing confidential material.
5. Retention
The current enquiry store has no automatic expiry configured. Records remain until manually removed. Repeat buyer or supplier submissions for the same email and jurisdiction update the existing entry; separate contact messages are retained as separate entries.
You can request deletion or withdrawal of an enquiry using the privacy request form. We will review the request and explain any information that needs to be retained, for example for a legal obligation or an unresolved dispute. This notice does not promise an automatic deletion date or immediate removal from all hosting backups and operational logs.
6. Security and your requests
The website submits forms over HTTPS. The enquiry endpoint validates and limits input, applies a bot trap and temporary rate limiting, and keeps storage credentials on the server. No online service can guarantee complete security, so share only the high-level information needed for an initial conversation.
You may contact us to ask what enquiry information we hold, correct it, request deletion, withdraw further contact or raise a privacy concern. Use the same email address as your earlier enquiry where possible. We may need to verify your identity before changing or disclosing records and will explain any applicable limits or refusal. Your statutory rights depend on the law that applies to you and the enquiry.
7. Cookies, external links and updates
The enquiry forms do not set advertising cookies or attach an advertising profile to your submission. Hosting services process routine connection information. Source documents and the external cable map are separate websites with their own privacy practices.
This notice will be updated when the enquiry process changes. The date above identifies the current notice. The broader Market terms remain drafts and are separate from the website enquiry acknowledgement.
