FAQ

Questions about the market.

Current status

Public-source research and advisory enquiries are available. Market participation is beta testing by request. The execution, capacity-contract and clearing / settlement model described here is being developed; it is not an open trading venue or a promise of capacity delivery.

What can I use today?

Explore the public-source evidence register, country analysis and live brief, or enquire about an advisory brief. Market participation is beta testing by request. The wider execution and settlement design is in development.

Is AUKUS.SI an AI router?

Routing is one part of the proposed execution model. The public website does not offer an open order book or automatic capacity allocation; beta access and service terms are reviewed individually.

What is being traded?

The commercial term is intelligence capacity. Underlying technical units may include tokens, requests, GPU time, reserved accelerator capacity, throughput, latency class, model class, energy and availability.

Are tokens interchangeable?

No. Qualified intelligence capacity can be made economically comparable, but capability, model, hardware, context, location, jurisdiction and law mean intelligence is not perfectly fungible.

What are Firm, Floating and Reserve?

These are proposed capacity-contract concepts: a reserved base, flexible supply and capacity held against failures or unexpected demand. They describe the market design, not currently listed instruments or standardised settlement.

Does AUKUS.SI claim to be AEMO?

No. Electricity markets provide a useful analogy for balancing demand, capacity and reserve. AUKUS.SI does not claim statutory or regulatory market authority.

How would buyer policy apply?

The proposed model would qualify suppliers, models, locations, jurisdictions, security requirements, latency and substitution rules against buyer policy. Specific controls must be established for an agreed service; the map does not certify residency or compliance.

Does AUKUS.SI prefer affiliated suppliers?

AUKUS.SI is supplier-neutral. Any preference must arise from customer policy or contract and applies to affiliated and unaffiliated suppliers under the same rules.

What do the public screens show?

The Intelligence dashboard shows selected sourced infrastructure and recorded disclosures. The Market page explains beta participation and links to access enquiries. Neither screen reports live token traffic, trades or available capacity.

Is supplier settlement live and standardised?

Settlement is part of the market design. Supplier participation, payment and offtake arrangements require executed terms; the site does not represent a live standardised supplier payout rail.
